Short Biography
- Tejinder Kaur is Professor of English at RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, and Former Professor of English at Punjabi University, Patiala. She has held several key academic positions, including Head, Department of Distance Education; Director, Centre for Diaspora Studies; Dean, Faculty of Languages; and Co-ordinator, IGNOU Study Centre at Punjabi University. With over four decades of teaching and research experience, she has guided 14 Ph.D. and 43 M.Phil. scholars. Her publications include twelve books (authored and co-edited, including three poetry collections) and over seventy research papers, articles, and reviews in reputed journals. She has participated in 175 national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops. Her areas of interest include Diaspora Studies and Translation Studies.
