Short Biography
- Dr. Sulakshna is currently working as Associate Professor at Jagat Guru Nanak Punjab State Open University, Patiala, India. She earned her Master’s in Management and had done her Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. She was a Senior Research Fellow at University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh and had been awarded his Ph. D. degree in 2011. She has to her credit vast corporate, teaching and research experience. Her areas of interests are human resources, organizational behavior, training and development and organizational development. She has published many research papers in national/international conferences and journals of repute.
