The objective of this programme is to forge a better understanding of the Sikh religion. The aim to develop better Sikh theological studies so that we would put forth more aptly the principles of Sikh religion to the world, especially the Sikhs the world over. This will also lead to overall growth of the human beings as they will learn about the rich history of Sikhs as well as the revealed Divine text, helping in understanding Sikh principles better and applying the philosophy in their day to day life.

Continuous Internal Assessment 30%
End Semester 70%
The learner is required to score at least 35% marks in both continuous evaluations (i.e.in assignments) as well as in semester end examinations separately. Besides, at least 40% marks in each course is required in the overall computation.
On successful completion of the six-month Certificate course, the learner will earn 40 credits for the Programme and shall be awarded a certificate.
